You retain ownership of the word-phrase cards and content you create. By contributing cards to the Community Card Pool, you grant Everlingo a license to display and share that content with other users.
You agree not to use Everlingo for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse other users, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt the platform's services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Everlingo at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect the core functionality of the platform.
Everlingo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or interruptions in service.
